All Seasons Snow Management uses “Ice B’ Gone Magic Salt” at all service locations (unless otherwise requested) in order to properly service the location and for the safety of your customers. Magic Salt is less corrosive, environmentally friendly and safe to handle. The material is applied to all surfaces including main drive lanes, parking areas, and walkways to ensure the longevity of your property. By substituting the traditional sand/salt application with a “Magic Salt” application, you would eliminate almost all costs associated with cleaning up excess sand in the parking lot in the spring. This product has absolutely no sand in it and will dissolve completely. This product will help prevent customers and employees from tracking in unwanted sand from the parking lot.

All Seasons Snow Management will use “WeatherWorks” for certified snowfall totals to ensure proper snow accumulations are billed to the customer. “WeatherWorks” is a paid service that gives updated weather forecasts and snowfall totals whenever winter conditions are present. This service allows us to type in the customer’s zip code and get accurate snowfall totals.

We will receive weather updates before, during and after all events to assess threats of refreeze or potential storms on the horizon. All Seasons Snow Management will apply deicing materials to the property at our digression, unless otherwise stated.

Snow relocation is defined by All Seasons Snow as the relocation of snow from one area of the parking lot to another. Snow relocation includes the use of a loader, an operator and is only performed with manager approval.

Snow removal is defined as the removal of excess snow from the property (your property) to an alternate location (our property). Any additional equipment needed for snow removal or relocation will incur an additional charge per piece of machinery per hour. All Seasons Snow Management will provide an operator for all equipment with no exceptions. There are absolutely no equipment rentals, we will use experienced operators at all sites no exceptions. All snow removal and relocation must be scheduled with each properties primary point of contact.
